Privacy Policy
Privacy information for LifeOS AI users.
This policy explains the categories of information that may be processed when you use the public website, Decision Chat or voice features.
Information you provide
When creating an account, LifeOS AI may process first name, surname, date of birth, country, optional phone number, email address, password-authentication records and acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Passwords are handled by the configured authentication provider and are not displayed to LifeOS administrators. LifeOS AI may also process text entered into Decision Chat, voice input transmitted for conversation processing, follow-up questions and technical support information. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, government identification records or confidential information you are not authorised to share.
Account and operations audit
Sign-in is required before using Sophia. The restricted administrator audit may record account email, sign-in and sign-out events, voice-session starts and endings, chat usage counts, service errors, device category, browser information, request time and IP address. Conversation text and voice transcripts are not written into this operations audit.
Technical information
The hosting service and connected providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, device characteristics, error information and security logs. This information can be necessary to deliver the service, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
AI and voice providers
Decision and voice requests may be transmitted to third-party artificial-intelligence or speech-service providers configured by LifeOS AI. Those providers process the supplied information to generate a response. Users should review this policy before using sensitive scenarios and should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the decision.
Live web search
When a voice or Decision Chat question requires current or externally verifiable information, Sophia may use Google Search grounding. The provider may process a search query derived from the conversation and return public web information. This feature does not give Sophia access to private accounts, messages, passwords, login-only Facebook content or other restricted data. Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in requests and should independently verify important results.
Mobile and installed web app
The installable LifeOS mobile web app uses the same public website, mandatory account sign-in, protected Sophia endpoints and privacy controls. It is a progressive web app delivered by this service, not a separate native Android or iOS application. Device and browser controls may retain the installed icon and local settings until the user refreshes, clears site data or reinstalls the web app.
Local conversation information
Some conversation history and settings may be stored in the user’s browser through local storage. Clearing browser data, using the available clear controls or changing devices may remove or separate that local information. Local browser storage is not the same as a permanent cross-device account.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The public information pages may use cookies, analytics and Google advertising services after the required account review and consent controls are active. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve, limit and measure advertisements based on a user’s visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to LifeOS AI and other sites.
Where consent is required, an approved consent-management control will be shown before relevant advertising storage or personalised advertising is activated. Users can review or opt out of personalised Google advertising through My Ad Center, review participating third-party choices at YourAdChoices, and learn how Google uses information from partner sites and apps in Google’s partner-sites notice.
Advertising is restricted to public content pages. LifeOS AI does not intentionally load advertisements inside sign-in, Decision Chat, live voice, administrator, account-audit or private communication screens.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for legitimate operational, security, legal or service purposes according to the systems in use. No internet service can promise absolute security. LifeOS AI uses reasonable controls and limits access, but users must also protect their devices and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
Users may sign out, stop using the service, clear available browser history controls and request information about applicable access or deletion procedures through the official contact route. Legal rights differ by location and may require identity verification.
Minimum age
Public account registration requires the user to confirm an age of at least 13 years. LifeOS AI does not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent, the user and guardian remain responsible for complying with that requirement.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, law or data practices change. The current version published on this page governs the public website. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
