Terms governing the use of LifeOS AI.
By using the website or application, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly and with appropriate human judgement.
Decision-support service
LifeOS AI provides automated information, analysis and conversational decision support. Responses may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a specific situation. The service does not guarantee outcomes and does not accept responsibility for decisions made without independent verification.
Accounts and minimum age
Public registration requires accurate account information, acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy, and confirmation that the user is at least 13 years old. A user must protect their password, must not share another person’s account and must not provide false age or identity information. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that local requirement also applies.
Acceptable use
Users must not use the service to violate law, harm others, invade privacy, distribute malware, bypass security, overload the service, impersonate another person or submit information they are not authorised to process. Automated abuse and attempts to extract protected system information are prohibited.
Professional matters
LifeOS AI is not a law firm, medical provider, emergency service, licensed investment adviser or substitute for any regulated professional. Users must obtain appropriate professional help where the subject or level of risk requires it.
Availability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting limitations, provider outages, internet conditions, security controls or technical failure. Features may be corrected, limited or changed as the project develops. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The LifeOS AI name, design, original public content and project materials are protected by their applicable rights. Users retain responsibility for information they submit. Access to the service does not grant ownership of the platform, its code or brand assets.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeOS AI and its supporting organisations are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on automated output, service interruption, user error or unauthorised use.
Changes and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, providers or service operation. Continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
